An opportunity is available for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve elementary students for the remainder of the 2026 school year in a well-established district in Naperville, IL. This contract position spans from January 5th through May 29th, 2026, providing services within an elementary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services tailored to elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to support students communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district policies
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Professional Educator License (PEL) endorsement for SLP
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
